As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated Production Worker to join our team in our state of the art manufacturing facility in Naples, FL. Job Summary: As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and assisting with various production tasks.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assembling and packaging products according to specifications.
- Conducting quality control checks on finished products.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assisting with other production tasks as needed.
- Spanish/English fluency a plus
Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
